Mo-S-Sb-C composite soft coating cutter and preparation method thereof
TL;DR: In this paper, a Mo-S-Sb-C composite soft coating cutter and a preparation method for the preparation of the soft-coating is described. But the preparation method is characterized in that firstly, mixed powder of various components of the composite soft coatings are made into suspension liquid; and then the transition layer and the composite coating are sequentially deposited on the cutter base body through a multi-arc ion plating deposition method, and then a MoS-sb-c composite soft- coating cutter can be obtained.

TL;DR: In this article, a preparation method of a laser assisted electric jet deposition soft and hard composite coating cutter is described, where the coating material nanopowder is prepared into suspension liquid; the suspension liquid forms micron order stable jet and nanograde liquid drops in a highvoltage electric field; the liquid drops are jetted and deposited on a cutter base body to from a soft/hard coating; then, the deposition coating is subjected to heat baking treatment; laser is assisted for completing the curing and formation of the coating.
