TL;DR: In this article, a mobile communication network model construction method based on edge caching is proposed, which includes the following steps: obtaining the network content request data and extracting the information related to the content; analyzing popularity characteristics of network content and designing a content popularity model; exploring the impact of the caching on the traditional base station communication mode, constructing a power consumption and time delay model with a caching base station based on the designed network content popularity, and constructing a communication model of balanced power consumption, considering the comprehensive influence of the power consumption.
