Journal ArticleDOI
Dihydroartemisinin inhibits HepG2.2.15 proliferation by inducing cellular senescence and autophagy.
Jiang Zou,Qiang Ma,Ru Sun,Jiajing Cai,Hebin Liao,Lei Xu,Jingruo Xia,Guangcheng Huang,Lihua Yao,Yan Cai,Xiaowu Zhong,Xiaolan Guo +11 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that DHA might inhibit HepG2.2.15 cells proliferation through inducing cellular senescence and autophagy through the underlying mechanisms of AKT-mTOR pathway suppression and DHA down-regulated TPP1 expression.
Journal ArticleDOI
The PI3K/mTOR dual inhibitor NVP-BEZ235 stimulates mutant p53 degradation to exert anti-tumor effects on triple-negative breast cancer cells.
Jiajing Cai,Jingruo Xia,Jiang Zou,Qiang Wang,Qiang Ma,Ru Sun,Hebin Liao,Lei Xu,Dongsheng Wang,Xiaolan Guo +9 more
TL;DR: BEZ235 may exert antitumor effects against TNBC cells by targeting mutp53, and this may have implications for the development of future therapies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Engineering the Surface Properties of DNA Nanostructures by Tuning the Valency of Assembling Species for Biomedical Applications.
Qian Liu,Jingruo Xia,Qing-Hua Yu,Pengcheng Gu,Yue Yuan,Ke Liu,Chaowang Huang,Chunfa Chen,Xiaolan Guo,Hang Qian +9 more
TL;DR: The current study suggests that engineering the surface properties of DNA nanostructures by assembling them with guest cationic species is promising to further their biomedical applications.
