TL;DR: This article introduces the principle of profile of dynamic data, a new data processing procedure that visualizes the dynamic character of traffic flow data and brings in new methodology in traffic control, traffic data compression, traffic guidance and incident detection.
Abstract: Traffic flow data are dynamic and stochastic, which is one of its key characteristics.. The research on this characteristics is the basis of the research on the stability of traffic flow. Multiple methods are used in the process of traffic flow data. This article introduces the principle of profile of dynamic data. Using common data processing methods, this new data processing procedure visualizes the dynamic character of traffic flow data and brings in new methodology in traffic control, traffic data compression, traffic guidance and incident detection.

TL;DR: The main purpose of this paper is to make clear the idea of semantic matching and to present a prototype implementation framework, which will go on to describe a proof-of-concept framework system that is developing.
Abstract: The bottleneck of the GIS-T data gathering is the heterogeneity between the information sources. The main purpose of this paper is to make clear the idea of semantic matching and to present a prototype implementation framework. After a short presentation of GIS-T characteristics and approaches of information interoperability, we focus an the establishment of the semantic matching, one of the most critical issue in the fusion. The matching problem is addressed in detail at three levels: the classes, the roles and the entities. Then we will go on to describe a proof-of-concept framework system that we are developing.
