Additive manufacturing of low cost and efficient proof of concepts for microwave passive components
Etienne Laplanche,William Feuray,Johann Sence,Aurelien Perigaud,Olivier Tantot,Nicolas Delhote,Cyrille Menudier,Eric Arnaud,Marc Thevenot,Thierry Monediere,Damien Passerieux,Serge Verdeyme,Stephane Bila,Dominique Baillargeat,Ludovic Carpentier +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, a study on the passive microwave components made by polymer additive manufacturing (polymer jetting) is presented, where different types of components (waveguides, couplers, power dividers, filters and antennas) are designed to be made in a single part.
Plastic and metal additive manufacturing technologies for hyperfrequency passive components up to Ka band
Johann Sence,William Feuray,Aurelien Perigaud,Olivier Tantot,Nicolas Delhote,Bila Stephane,Serge Verdeyme,Jean-Baptiste Pejoine,Gramond Rene-Philippe +8 more
Proceedings Article
Low-profile dual-band circularly polarized microstrip antenna for GNSS applications
Faycel Fezai,Amro A. Nour,Johann Sence,Thierry Monediere,François Torres,Régis Chantalat,Stephane Bila,Bernard Jarry +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a micro-strip circularly polarized antenna intended for the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) is presented. And the combined fullwave antenna results with the measured S-Parameters of the coupler shows very good performances in terms of antenna matching and axial ratio on larger bandwidths.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Evaluation of metal coating techniques up to 66 GHz and their application to additively manufactured bandpass filters
William Feuray,A. Delage,Aymen Abdelghani,Johann Sence,Olivier Tantot,Stephane Bila,Kamel Frigui,Dominique Baillargeat,Serge Verdeyme,Nicolas Delhote,K. Staelens +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, different metal deposition techniques used for the metallization of additively manufactured plastic components are compared with a focus on their use with 3D printed Ka band bandpass filters.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Compact dual-band filter in SIW technology for a L band receiver
Aurelien Perigaud,Johann Sence,Faycel Fezai,Stephane Bila,Thierry Monediere,Bernard Jarry,Philippe Pouliguen,P. Potier +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a dual-band filter for the integration of a RF receiver front-end in the L band is presented, and the synthesis from the imposed filtering specifications led to choose the SIW technology that ensures a good trade-off between electrical performances and space requirements.
