Journal ArticleDOI
All Transparent Metal Oxide Ultraviolet Photodetector
TL;DR: In this paper, a highperforming UV photodetector that uses large energy bandgap materials of p-type NiO and n-type ZnO without an opaque metal electrode is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nanostructured SnS with inherent anisotropic optical properties for high photoactivity
Malkeshkumar Patel,Malkeshkumar Patel,Arvind Chavda,Indrajit Mukhopadhyay,Joondong Kim,Abhijit Ray +5 more
TL;DR: The work demonstrates that the intrinsically ordered SnS nanostructure on FTO coated glass can tap the incident radiation in an efficient manner and the structure-property relationship to explain the photo-response in nanocrystalline-SnS is verified experimentally and theoretically.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Highly Transparent Artificial Photonic Nociceptor
TL;DR: The ultraviolet‐stimuli‐induced versatile criteria of a nociceptor such as a threshold, relaxation, allodynia, and hyperalgesia are demonstrated under self‐biased condition, providing an energy‐efficient approach for the neuromorphic device operation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Excitonic metal oxide heterojunction (NiO/ZnO) solar cells for all-transparent module integration
Malkeshkumar Patel,Hong Sik Kim,Joondong Kim,Ju-Hyung Yun,Sung Jin Kim,Eun Ha Choi,Hyeong-Ho Park +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, an all-transparent solar cell was achieved by the heterojunction of metal oxide layers by using the solid-state sputtering method, and a unit cell gave the record-high conversion efficiency of 6% with the enormous current density (2.7 mA/cm 2 ) and open circuit voltage of 532 mV.
