Molecular structure and dynamics of C-1-adamantyl substitutedN-unsubstituted pyrazoles studied by solid state NMRspectroscopy and X-ray crystallography
Rosa M. Claramunt,María Dolores Santa María,Isabelle Forfar,Francisco Aguilar-Parrilla,María Minguet-Bonvehí,Oliver Klein,Hans-Heinrich Limbach,Concepción Foces-Foces,Antonio L. Llamas-Saiz,José Elguero +9 more
TL;DR: The influence of the 1-adamantyl group on the structure and the proton transfer dynamics of N-unsubstituted pyrazoles has been determined.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fluoropyrazoles : an ab initio study
TL;DR: In this article, quantum mechanics for pyrazole itself and seven N-nnsubstituted C-fluoropyrazoles were performed at the RHF and MP2 levels.
Journal ArticleDOI
Trifluoro-3-hydroxy-1H-indazolecarboxylic acids and esters from perfluorinated benzenedicarboxylic acids
TL;DR: In this article, 12 new 3-hydroxyindazoles, each bearing three fluorine substituents and a CO 2 R group (R = H, CH 3, C 2 H 5 ) distributed around its 4-, 5-, 6-, and 7-positions, have been synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sur une prétendue forme NH stable d'une pyrazoline‐3
TL;DR: Wittig and Hutchison as discussed by the authors showed that the reduction of an isopyrazole into a 2-pyrazoline leads to a stable 3 pyrazoline, and thus it is necessary to reconsider the rearrangement of pyrazolenines which, in some cases, gives rise to isopy-razoles and not to pyrazoles.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Unusual Transformation of an Aromatic 1H-Imidazole into a Non-Aromatic 2H-Imidazole
Antonio de la Hoz,Antonio de la Hoz,Ana Sánchez-Migallón,María del Carmen Mateo,Pilar Prieto,Lourdes Infantes,José Elguero +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a 2H-Imidazole derivative 5 has been synthesized and characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) method and crystallized in the monoclinic space group Cc with cell parameters a = 19.398, b = 8.890, c = 10.247, β = 110.76, and Z = 4.
