TL;DR: Good correlation between drug-induced rate-corrected action potential duration and field potential duration (APDc and FPDc) prolongation and clinical trial QTc prolongation is demonstrated and confirms the potential of iPSC-CMs for proarrhythmia prediction under CiPA.
