Journal ArticleDOI

Atmospheric temperature, water vapour and liquid water path from two microwave radiometers during MOSAiC

TL;DR: In this article , the integrated water vapour (IWV) was derived individually from both radiometers, and the liquid water path (LWP), temperature and absolute humidity profiles from HATPRO were compared to radiosonde measurements from Polarstern.
Journal ArticleDOI

Vertical profiles of dust and other aerosol types above a coastal site

TL;DR: In this article, the mean vertical profiles of aerosol type occurrences are determined from multiwavelength Raman and polarization lidar measurements above Haifa, Israel, in 2017, and the results are discussed for one example, May 2017.
Journal ArticleDOI

The vertical aerosol type distribution above Israel – 2 years of lidar observations at the coastal city of Haifa

TL;DR: In this article , vertically resolved long-term lidar measurements of the aerosol distribution were conducted in Haifa, Israel, using a PollyXT multi-wavelength Raman and polarization lidar.
Journal ArticleDOI

Atmospheric temperature, water vapour and liquid water path from two microwave radiometers during MOSAiC

TL;DR: In this paper , the integrated water vapour (IWV) was derived individually from both radiometers, and the liquid water path (LWP), temperature and absolute humidity profiles from HATPRO were compared to radiosonde measurements from Polarstern.
Posted ContentDOI

Dust mass, CCN, and INP profiling with polarization lidar: Updated POLIPHON conversion factors from global AERONET analysis

TL;DR: In this article, an updated set of dust conversion factors were presented for all relevant deserts around the globe and applied to a dust measurement with polarization lidar in Dushanbe, Tajikistan in central Asia.
