"Kids Get in Shape with Nature": A Systematic Review Exploring the Impact of Green Spaces on Childhood Obesity.
TL;DR: A recent systematic review as mentioned in this paper investigated the impact of green and blue spaces on childhood obesity particularly on children's physical activity and eating behavior, and found that the influence of green spaces on the children's behaviors depends on the type, location, proximity, density, facilities and activity types that interplay with gender, ethnicity, and parent-child relationship.
