TL;DR: An acute pharmacological dose of aMT causes isolated elevation of serum PRL levels and may slightly increase GH and Hormones of the pituitary gonadal axis as well as TSH and cortisol are not altered by aMT.

Prolactin and thyrotrophin response to thyrotrophin-releasing hormone in growth hormone deficiency.

TL;DR: Questioning whether prolactin is a more sensitive indicator of early thyroid insufficiency than thyroxine or TSH levels is questioned, as some patients with 'isolated' growth hormone deficiency had an abnormal Prolactin response indicating an additional hormonal deficiency.

Undulating course of precocious puberty

TL;DR: A female patient with an undulating course of the disorder: after precocious initiation of puberty, a temporary interruption and subsequent resumption of sexual maturation occurred, and the patient is successfully treated with an LHRH-analogon.
