Deformation mechanisms of CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy under low-cycle-fatigue loading

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined cyclic deformation behavior and microstructural evolution of CoCrFeMnNi were examined for two different grain sizes at room temperature and found that the dislocation structures at low strain amplitude mainly consisted of planar slip bands, at higher strain amplitudes (0.5% and 0.7%), wavy substructures including veins, walls, labyrinth and cells prevailed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superior Low-Cycle Fatigue Properties of CoCrNi Compared to CoCrFeMnNi

TL;DR: In this article, the authors report on the low-cycle fatigue behavior of single-phase, face-centered cubic CoCrNi and CoCrFeMnNi at room temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Micro-mechanical deformation behavior of CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy

TL;DR: In this paper, the micro-mechanical behavior of CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy was investigated using an in-house micro-tensile setup at room temperature and at different strain rates.
