Journal ArticleDOI

One-pot synthesis of α-aminophosphonates catalyzed by antimony trichloride adsorbed on alumina

TL;DR: SbCl 3 adsorbed on Al 2 O 3 is found to be an efficient and recyclable catalyst in promoting three-component coupling reactions of aldehydes, amines, and dialkylphosphites to afford the corresponding α-aminophosphonates in high yields.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new and convenient one-pot solid supported synthesis of 2,4,6-triarylpyridines

TL;DR: In this article, a one-pot solid supported synthesis of 2,4,6-triarylpyridines from benzylideneacetophenones and urea, thiourea or their derivatives, using Bi(III) nitrate-Al 2 O 3 is described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Graphene oxide mediated solvent-free three component reaction for the synthesis of 1-amidoalkyl-2-naphthols and 1,2-dihydro-1-arylnaphth[1,2-e][1,3]oxazin-3-ones

TL;DR: In this paper, a solvent-free synthesis of 1-amidoalkyl-2-naphthols and 1,2-dihydro-1-arylnaphth[1,2]-e][1,3]oxazin-3-ones via one-pot multicomponent reaction of 2-Naphthol, aryl/heteryl aldehyde, and amide/urea in presence of graphene oxide as an eco-benign heterogeneous catalyst in good to excellent yields.
Journal ArticleDOI

Iodine–ammonium acetate promoted reaction between 2-aminopyridine and aryl methyl ketones: a novel approach towards the synthesis of 2-arylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridines

TL;DR: In this article, the metal-free synthesis of diversely substituted imidazo[1,2-a ]pyridines from 2-aminopyridine 1 and aryl methyl ketones 2a-r in one pot was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

SbCl3‐Al2O3–Catalyzed, Solvent‐Free, One‐Pot Synthesis of Benzo[b]1,4‐diazepines

TL;DR: In this article, the use of antimony(III) chloride adsorbed on neutral alumina as an efficient catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of benzo[b]1,4]-diazepines (83-94%) under solvent-free conditions.
