Drivers of entrepreneurial intentions in sustainable entrepreneurship
TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the drivers of entrepreneurial intentions in sustainable entrepreneurship and found that attitude toward sustainability and perceived entrepreneurial desirability enhance sustainability-oriented entrepreneurial intentions, and added sustainability into the regression equation adds explanation power, hence suggesting that the theory of planned behavior needs to be adapted when applied to sustainable entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurial orientation and performance – are sexes equal?
TL;DR: In this article, different perceptions of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) of females compared to those of their male counterparts are examined at both individual and firm levels of analysis, showing that females tend to perceive their individual EO as lower than males, but their self-evaluated work performance is higher than that of males.

Corporate social performance: Inter-industry and international differences
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the institutional effects of corporate social performance (CSP) at both the national and industry levels in a sample of 6211 companies from 52 countries and found that country-level institutions are most strongly associated with CSP, and that the level of economic development and postmaterialistic values are positively related with the overall CSP and most of its dimensions.
