Modified-release hydrocortisone decreases BMI and HbA1c in patients with primary and secondary adrenal insufficiency

Journal ArticleDOI
Reduction in daily hydrocortisone dose improves bone health in primary adrenal insufficiency
Julia Schulz,Kathrin R Frey,Mark S. Cooper,Kathrin Zopf,Manfred Ventz,Sven Diederich,Marcus Quinkler +6 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated for the first time that cautious reduction in hydrocortisone equivalent doses leads to increases in BMD, whereas dose increments reduced BMD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Patient-reported outcomes of parenteral somatostatin analogue injections in 195 patients with acromegaly
Christian J Strasburger,Niki Karavitaki,Sylvère Störmann,Peter Trainer,Ilonka Kreitschmann-Andermahr,Michael Droste,Márta Korbonits,Berit Feldmann,Kathrin Zopf,Violet Fazal Sanderson,David Schwicker,Dana Gelbaum,Asi Haviv,Martin Bidlingmaier,Nienke R Biermasz +14 more
