Angle-resolved photoemission study of oxygen-induced c(2×4) structure on Pd(110)

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the oxygen-induced c(2 × 4) structure on Pd(110) and found that the 2p Z -derived bonding state and its antibonding counterpart are found to have considerable dispersion of approximately 1 eV with k with k in the [110] direction.
Journal ArticleDOI

New observation of the valence-band satellite in Ni(110).

TL;DR: The valence-band photoemission of Ni(110) shows that the two-hole satellite appears at a constant binding energy away from the 3p..-->..3d resonance in accord with earlier results, but on resonance it shifts to --6.8 eV.
Journal ArticleDOI

Adsorption and desorption kinetics of oxygen on the Pd(110) surface

TL;DR: In this paper, a number of TPD spectra for associative desorption of O 2 from O/Pd(110) were taken at constant heating rate with different initial coverages and at constant initial coverage with different heating rates.
Journal ArticleDOI

Angle-resolved photoemission of the c(2×2) and c(3×1) oxygen overlayers on Fe(110)

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy utilizing synchrotron radiation to study the band structure of the c(2×2) and (3×1) oxygen overlayers on Fe(110).
