Identifying high variability speed-limiting paths under aging

TL;DR: Experimental results show that the path delays estimated by the proposed procedure have strong correlation with Monte-Carlo estimated path delays, and it is demonstrated that the procedure is approx 1.4 times faster than the traditional MC simulations.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Sequential circuit testing: from DFT to SFT

TL;DR: The ability to perform SFT on large sequential circuits is discussed and some of the work done by others as well as the current research using SFT techniques are described.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fault Simulation and Test Generation for Transistor Shorts Using Stuck-at Test Tools

TL;DR: This paper presents methods for detecting transistor short faults using logic level fault simulation and test generation and defines fault coverage and fault efficiency in three different way, namely, optimistic, pessimistic and probabilistic and assess them.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Thermal Extension of the Total Bandwidth Server

TL;DR: This work proposes an algorithm, T2BS, which is a thermal extension of the Total Bandwidth Server, that is optimal in the sense that it meets periodic task timing constraints as well as system thermal constraints, and it supports the maximum rate of a periodic arrivals.
