Journal ArticleDOI

New stationary phase for liquid chromatography with chemically bonded pinane ligand: synthesis and characterization by nuclear magnetic resonance and high-performance liquid chromatographic investigations.

TL;DR: To elucidate the structure of 3-(but-3'-enyl)pinane high-resolution two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra were carried out and results achieved in chromatography were correlated with the information gained from 29Si CP/MAS NMR measurements.
Journal ArticleDOI

Isolation and structure of rosicine from Catharanthus roseus

TL;DR: In this paper, an investigation of the alkaloidal constituents of the leaves of Catharanthus roseus has led to the isolation of a new alkaloid, "rosicine", to which structure (1) has been assigned on the basis of spectroscopic studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Continuous-flow 13C-filtered 1H NMR spectroscopy of ethanol metabolism in rat liver perfusate

TL;DR: Using a 188.5‐μl continuous‐flow dual probe 1H{13C} spin‐echo difference spectra of rat liver perfusate, this method proved to be superior in sensitivity and selectivity to direct 1H or 13C detection.
