Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of nitrogen-plasma surface treatment to the enhancement of TiO2 photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation

TL;DR: In this article, a visible-light-active commercial TiO 2 powder was prepared by thermal nitrogen-plasma processing as the surface treatment and the photoactivity of the treated samples was evaluated in the photocatalytic degradation of gaseous 2-Propanol (IPA) in a batch reactor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solubilities of benzoin, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and mandelic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide

TL;DR: In this paper, a semi-flow type apparatus was used to measure the equilibrium solubilities of benzoin, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, and mandelic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide at 308.15, 318.15 and 328.15 K over the pressure range from 9 to 24 MPa.
Journal ArticleDOI

Photoelectrochemical properties of AgInS2 thin films prepared using electrodeposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of the molar ratio in solution bath on the structural, morphological, and photoelectrochemical properties of AgInS2 samples was examined, and the results showed that high-quality AgS2 films can be deposited on FTO-coated glass substrates for PEC applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Ni on the growth and photoelectrochemical properties of ZnS thin films

TL;DR: In this paper, the Ni-doped ZnS thin film photoelectrodes were prepared using the chemical bath deposition process and X-ray diffraction patterns of a hexagonal wurtzite structure with preferential orientation along the (0-0-8) plane appeared on undoped ZnsS films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ternary Ag-In-S polycrystalline films deposited using chemical bath deposition for photoelectrochemical applications

TL;DR: In this article, the authors described the preparation and characterization of ternary Ag-In-S thin films deposited on indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrates using chemical bath deposition (CBD).
