An Examination of Constitutive Laws by High Temperature Creep of Engineering Materials

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the creep of 316 stainless steel, strengthened by thermally unstable precipitates, by two different creep concepts; one assumes creep to be a steady state process characterized by minimum creep rate, and the other supposes that two relaxation processes, strain hardening and weakening due to microstructural degradation, take place simultaneously during creep.

Changes in lamellar microstructure by parallel twinning during creep in soft PST crystal of TiAl alloy

H.Y.Kim, +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of parallel twinning on creep deformation in a Ti-48%Al (mole fraction) alloy at 1150k with a soft-orientated PST crystal.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Analysis of High Temperature Creep as Relaxation Processes with Special Reference to CrMoV Steels

TL;DR: In this paper, an equation de fluage is proposed, based on the fait qu'un processus de durcissement par deformation and a processus d'ad hocissement mecanique, chacun suivant une fonction exponentielle en fonctions de travaillent independance lors du fluage.
