Magnetic switching of THz beams
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate the use of a magnetic field to switch and control the direction and polarization of a THz beam radiated from a semiconductor emitter, and demonstrate that the magnetic field can also be used to control the polarization of the beam.

THz Beam Emission by Carrier Transport or by Optical Rectification
TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide experimental evidences of THz radiation from semiconductor generated by photocarrier transport and by terahertz optical rectification, and show that the radiation can be obtained from semiconductors generated by both transport and rectification.
