Journal ArticleDOI

Phase equilibria, formation, crystal and electronic structure of ternary compounds in Ti–Ni–Sn and Ti–Ni–Sb ternary systems

TL;DR: The phase equilibria of the Ti-Ni-Sn and TiNi-Sb ternary systems have been studied in the whole concentration range by means of X-ray and EPM analyses at 1073 K and 873 K, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Peculiarities of structural disorder in Zr- and Hf-containing Heusler and half-Heusler stannides

TL;DR: In this article, the structural phase transition in half-Heusler stannides was studied using XRD and EPM analyses, electrical and magnetic properties measurement, and the influence of the disordering and defects in crystal structure on the physical properties was analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Crystal structure, electrical transport properties and electronic structure of the VFe1−xCuxSb solid solution

TL;DR: In this article, the electrical transport properties, crystal structure and electronic structure of the VFe 1− x Cu x Sb solid solution (0.1, 0.2) were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Peculiarities of thermoelectric half-Heusler phase formation in Gd-Ni-Sb and Lu-Ni-Sb ternary systems

TL;DR: The phase equilibria in the GdNiSb and Lu-Ni-Sb ternary systems were studied at 873 K by X-ray and metallographic analyses in the whole concentration range.
Journal ArticleDOI

Crystal structure and physical properties of (Ti,Sc)NiSn and (Zr,Sc)NiSn solid solutions

TL;DR: In this paper, the stability ranges of the limited solubility for these phases were established and a gradual semiconductor-semimetal transition was observed in the resistivity when increasing the Sc content for these substitutional series of alloys.
