Physical Reasoning Using Dynamics-Aware Models

TL;DR: In this article, a distance measure between the trajectory of two target objects is defined and used to characterize the similarity of two environment rollouts, and the model is trained to correctly rank rollouts according to this measure in addition to predicting the correct reward.

Soli-Expression by Nonlinear Stochastic Heterogeneity with One-Dimensional Categorical Analysis of Human T Cell

TL;DR: One-SENSE is presented, a dimensionality reduction method based on the t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) algorithm, for categorical analysis of mass cytometry data and showed a significant improvement in distinguished T cell diversity compared with the original t-S NE algorithm.

Feature-Level Domain Adaptation

TL;DR: The empirical evaluation of FLDA focuses on problems comprising binary and count data in which the transfer can be naturally modeled via a dropout distribution, which allows the classifier to adapt to differences in the marginal probability of features in the source and the target domain.
