ZnO nanoparticulate thin film: preparation, characterization and gas-sensing property

TL;DR: In this article, a powder and its thin film were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and IR spectra methods, which indicated that the ZnO particles crystallized in the wurtzite phase, which were well distributed in the films with the mean particle size of about 10nm.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study on Sm1.8Ce0.2CuO4–Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95 composite cathode materials for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell

TL;DR: In this paper, Sm18Ce02CuO4 material is chemically compatible with Ce09Gd01O195 at 1000°C and the composite electrode exhibits optimum microstructure and forms good contact with the electrolyte after sintering at 1000-°C for 4h.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of oxygen reduction mechanism on Ag modified Sm1.8Ce0.2CuO4 cathode for solid oxide fuel cell

TL;DR: In this paper, metal silver particles are infiltrated into porous SCC scaffold to form SCC-Ag composite cathodes, and the chemical stability, microstructure evolution and electrochemical performance of the composite cathode are investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and AC impedance spectroscopy respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of calcium doping to oxygen reduction activity on Pr2-xCaxNiMnO6 cathode

TL;DR: In this paper, the double perovskite PCNMOx was crystallized into a monoclinic structure with space group P21/n and the effects of calcium doping to the crystal structure, the oxygen non-stoichiometry, and the cathode properties were evaluated by XRD, SEM, XPS and EIS.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation, characterization and gas sensitivity of copper naphthalocyanine derivatives LB films

TL;DR: In this paper, octaethyoxyl 2,3-naphthalocyanine and octabutoxy-2,3naphthynaphthonine copper (II) Langmuir monolayers were obtained at air-water interface.
