Journal ArticleDOI

Ψ-Net: Focusing on the border areas of intracerebral hemorrhage on CT images.

TL;DR: A novel CNN-based architecture consisting of a novel model, which is named as Ψ-Net and a multi-level training strategy, which effectively alleviates the problems of vanishing gradient and the class imbalance is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Bit Allocation Method Based on Inter-View Dependency and Spatio-Temporal Correlation for Multi-View Texture Video Coding

TL;DR: A novel bit allocation method for multi-view texture video coding based on inter-view dependency and spatio-temporal correlation that outperforms other state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of RD performance is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cooperative tracking control for linear multi-agent systems with external disturbances under a directed graph

TL;DR: A novel observer-based cooperative tracking protocol is presented, where the a group of intermediate estimators are constructed to estimate the tracking errors and the combined signal of the disturbances and the leader's input simultaneously, then decentralised tracking protocols are designed based on the obtained estimates.
Journal ArticleDOI

Exponential H∞ filtering for nonlinear discrete‐time switched stochastic systems with mixed time delays and random missing measurements

TL;DR: In this article, a mode-dependent H∞ filter for a class of nonlinear discrete-time switched stochastic hybrid systems with mixed time delays and random missing measurements is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hierarchical Predictive Coding-Based JND Estimation for Image Compression

TL;DR: In this paper, the HVS is modeled as a three-level communication system and visual perception is divided into three stages according to the hierarchical predictive coding theory, and a novel just noticeable distortion (JND) estimation scheme is proposed.
