Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Stretchable Room-Temperature Self-Healing Conductors Based on Wrinkled Graphene Films for Flexible Electronics.

TL;DR: The optimal bilayer composite film exhibits a high conductivity, a large stretchability, and rapid room-temperature self-healing, and it is demonstrated that the composite films are strain-sensitive and can be used as strain sensors to monitor stretching deformation and human motion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Field-effect transistor-based solution-processed colloidal quantum dot photodetector with broad bandwidth into near-infrared region

TL;DR: A solution-processed colloidal quantum dot (CQDs) photodetector with the configuration of a field-effect transistor (FET), in which the drain and source electrodes are fabricated by a shadow mask, provides an easy way to fabricate such a FET-based photodetsector with a channel length of some hundreds of micrometers by ashadow mask.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bioinspired nonswellable ultrastrong nanocomposite hydrogels with long-term underwater superoleophobic behavior

TL;DR: In this article, an ultrastrong hydrogel maintaining long-term volume stability in seawater is developed by introducing strong coordination interactions between nanoparticles and polymer matrix, and the structure surface demonstrates durable superoleophobicity and ultralow oil adhesion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Solution-Processed PbSe Colloidal Quantum Dot-Based Near-Infrared Photodetector

TL;DR: In this paper, a solution-processed near-infrared (NIR) photodetector based on PbSe colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) with a field effect transistor (FET) configuration was presented.
