Managing Enterprise Content: a Unified Content Strategy

The paper describes the integrated processing method of heterogeneous information resources of web systems, which allows for further integration and management. Our method involves the decomposition of the overall process on subprocesses of value integration, data syntax, semantics, and structure. The advantage of this approach to integration processes is the ability to execute them at the metadata level. It allows reducing the number of hits to the data of web systems, the volumes of which can be significant. The paper presents a model of the content life cycle in web systems. The model describes the processes of processing information resources in web systems and simplifies the technology of integrated automation and content management. In this work, the main problems of functional services of integration and content management were analyzed. The proposed method gives the opportunity to create tools for working out of information resources in web systems and implement the subsystem of integration and content management.

Method of Integration and Content Management of the Information Resources Network

In the solution of urgent scientific task of the research and development of methods and means of processing of information resources in electronic content commerce system (ECCS) using the developed classification, mathematical software and the generalized architecture of ECCS. Researched and improved classification of ECCS based on the analysis and evaluation of such systems, which allowed to define, refine and justify their choice of functionality for the design of content lifecycle.

This paper presents the development of unified methods and software tools for processing information resources in electronic content commerce systems. A formal model of electronic content commerce systems is proposed. The formal models of information resource processing in electronic content commerce systems are proposed. A new approach to application and implementation of business processes is formulated for the electronic content commerce systems construction. A complex method of content formation, the operational method of content management and complex method of content support are developed. Software tools for content formation, management and support are developed. Design and implementation methods of electronic content commerce systems are based on online newspapers, which reflect the results of theoretical research, are developed. From the perspective of a systemic approach, the principles of applying information resources processing in these systems for content lifecycle implementation made the development of methods for content formation, management and support possible.

Information technology of processing information resources in electronic content commerce systems

The aim of the work is to simplify the process of finding and planning travels for users through the use of the intellectual system of integration and content creation. Information sources that comprehensively describe the concept of tourist information resources are considered. An overview and comparison of certain indicators of existing tourism information and service provider services that can be considered conceptually identical to the system being developed are carried out. The existing data integration technologies were identified and analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages were examined, and the feasibility of using each of the technologies in the developed system is considered. The purpose of the system is analyzed, which is to simplify and speed up the travel planning process for the average user by providing him with all the necessary information. The boundaries of the system and the external environment in which it will function are identified; the components of the system, the main business processes, and data streams have been analyzed. A conceptual model of the system was created with the help of object notation. The list of requirements for the system, its input and output data, as well as the form of their display and dynamic characteristics are described. This work describes and analyzes the methods of data integration and content creation. The means of solving the problem were analyzed and the optimal means for the realization of the intellectual system of the formation and integration of the content is chosen taking into account the needs of the user. To implement the database, the MongoDB DBMS is selected. This article describes the structure of the system, the logic of the functions created software and processes and the results of their implementation. It is confirmed the correctness of the functioning of this system and the compliance of the results of the task. To do this, the program has been tested and shown in the drawings of all stages of its work. With manual testing, the program proved to be convenient and easy to use.

Online Tourism System Development for Searching and Planning Trips with User’s Requirements

In the given work the questions of automation of work of managers in interaction with clients were investigated. Existing solutions in the CRM market were also explored and a target audience was identified whose issues were not solved by existing solutions. In this way, a software management system for customer relationship management was developed, as well as integration with Nova Poshta. After the introduction of the CRM system, the company identified a number of key points. Negative conversion from customers has grown. This is largely due to automation of the business process, which allowed managers to concentrate more on customer interaction. The company’s total turnover has increased. The training cycle for new staff has decreased. Also, the time taken to collect and send the parcel was considerably reduced by integrating with the Nova Poshta. Thus, we can say that after the introduction of the CRM-system, the company achieved significant results.

Development of System for Managers Relationship Management with Customers

New information, telecommunication technologies contribute to the optimization in the management of studies. This paper is devoted to the implementation of innovative approaches to improving the curriculum of higher education. The method of finding and attracting students including girls for scientific and practical work through and their participation at team competitions and joint Interuniversity scientific-practical projects are proposed. This work has considered a problem of distance education and involvement in her adaptive learning system. Improving scientific literacy of students by finding innovative solutions to address the problems of projects are proposed. Simplify the process of obtaining a scientific career for interuniversity projects participants. The questions of mathematical models of processes of distance education (remote training) are highlighted in this article. Creation of the integrated net oriented informational-educational environment is based on them. The indicated questions are actual in connection with implantation of technologies of distance learning and inextricably related with didactic and methodological aspects of the educational process.
