TL;DR: The authors examined subjective and objective forms of underemployment and empirically examined their relationship to job satisfaction using 256 non-academic university employees and found moderate to strong negative relationships with satisfaction while objective measures were unrelated to satisfaction.

Competitive product positioning analyses of a lean beef product concept

TL;DR: In this article, the authors report the findings of a test of a recently developed lean beef product and associated educational material and conclude that the results of the study indicate that the branded Lean Beef product can be favorably positioned in the market relative to important competing meat products.
