TL;DR: Among patients hospitalized for HF, combined health coaching telephone calls and telemonitoring did not reduce 180-day readmissions, and there was a significant difference in 180- day quality of life between the intervention and usual care groups.

TL;DR: The majority of long-term survivors of non-small cell lung cancer experienced respiratory symptoms, and more than one third reported dyspnea, including one of five patients with seriously diminished pulmonary function.
