A Machine Learning Approach for a Vision-Based Van-Herick Measurement System

TL;DR: In this article, an ophthalmic vision-based system performs automatic anterior chamber angle measurements using machine learning techniques, which can greatly improve both test objectiveness and diagnostic accessibility, by allowing to automatically carry out the measurement procedure.

[Goniotomy in congenital glaucoma: therapeutic results].

TL;DR: Sixty-eight eyes presenting with congenital glaucoma and operated on by goniotomy, have been followed up for 1 to 10 years and the functional results of these operations are analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Topographic optic disc changes after successful trabeculectomy evaluated using spectral domain optical coherence tomography

TL;DR: Trabeculectomy reduces IOP in eyes with advanced OAG, which induces topographic optic disc changes, which became less pronounced over time and were no longer detectable 1 year after surgery.
Journal ArticleDOI

Intraocular Pressure Measurement in Patients Wearing Filtering Facepiece Masks.

TL;DR: Some errors in intraocular pressure measurement may occur during the slit-lamp examination of patients wearing filtering facepiece masks and N95 respirators, mainly due to the greater dimensions of these masks in comparison with the surgical standard ones, and to the presence of a preshaped rigid nose area that may press against the Goldmann tonometer.
