Exosomal long noncoding RNA CRNDE-h as a novel serum-based biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer
Tong Liu,Xin Zhang,Shan-Yu Gao,Fangmiao Jing,Yongmei Yang,Lutao Du,Guixi Zheng,Peilong Li,Chen Li,Chuanxin Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the exosome isolated methods and lncRNA detected methods which accurately and reproducibly measure CRC-related exosomal CRNDE-h in serum were optimized in preliminary pilot stage.
Journal ArticleDOI
Exosome-transmitted miR-128-3p increase chemosensitivity of oxaliplatin-resistant colorectal cancer
Tong Liu,Xin Zhang,Lutao Du,Yunshan Wang,Xiaoming Liu,Hui Tian,Lili Wang,Peilong Li,Yinghui Zhao,Weili Duan,Yujiao Xie,Zhaowei Sun,Chuanxin Wang +12 more
TL;DR: The results demonstrate that miR-128-3p delivery via exosomes represents a novel strategy enhancing chemosensitivity in CRC through negative regulation of Bmi1 and MRP5 and may be a promising diagnostic and prognostic marker for oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Correction: MALAT1 is Associated with Poor Response to Oxaliplatin-based Chemotherapy in Colorectal Cancer Patients and Promotes Chemoresistance through EZH2.
TL;DR: The results showed that high MALAT1 expression was associated with reduced patient survival and poor response to oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy in advanced colorectal cancer patients, and targeted inhibition of MALat1 or EZH2 reversed EMT and chemoresistance induced by oxali Platin.
Journal ArticleDOI
Expression signatures of exosomal long non-coding RNAs in urine serve as novel non-invasive biomarkers for diagnosis and recurrence prediction of bladder cancer
Yao Zhan,Lutao Du,Lishui Wang,Xiumei Jiang,Shujun Zhang,Juan Li,Keqiang Yan,Weili Duan,Yinghui Zhao,Lili Wang,Yunshan Wang,Chuanxin Wang +11 more
TL;DR: The findings indicated that UE-derived lncRNAs possessed considerable clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of BC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Serum microRNA expression signatures identified from genome-wide microRNA profiling serve as novel noninvasive biomarkers for diagnosis and recurrence of bladder cancer.
Xiumei Jiang,Lutao Du,Lili Wang,Juan Li,Yimin Liu,Guixi Zheng,Ailin Qu,Xin Zhang,Hongwei Pan,Yongmei Yang,Chuanxin Wang +10 more
TL;DR: The results suggested that a serum miRNA signature may have considerable clinical value in diagnosing BC and that expression level of serum miR‐152 could provide information on the recurrence risk of NMIBC.
