Inhibition of Ca2+ transport pathways in thymic lymphocytes by econazole, miconazole, and SKF 96365.

TL;DR: Investigation of the effects on divalent cation uptake in rat thymic lymphocytes of three structurally related imidazole reagents finds that all three of these agents are potent inhibitors of isolated sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca(2+)-ATPase, and concludes that econazole, miconazoles, and SKF 96365 inhibit cytochrome P-450-independent filling of intracellular Ca2+ pools.

ATP depletion inhibits capacitative Ca2+ entry in rat thymic lymphocytes

TL;DR: Data from this study are consistent with a requirement for ATP or a high-energy phosphate donor in the activation and/or maintained activation of capacitative Ca2+ entry.
