Hard X-ray emission from the solar corona
Säm Krucker,Marina Battaglia,Peter J. Cargill,Lyndsay Fletcher,Hugh S. Hudson,Alexander L. MacKinnon,Satoshi Masuda,L. Sui,M. Tomczak,A. L. Veronig,Loukas Vlahos,Stephen M. White +11 more
TL;DR: Hard X-ray emissions of non-thermal electrons in the solar corona have been studied in this paper, showing that the most intense flare emissions are generally observed from the chromosphere at footpoints of magnetic loops.

Journal ArticleDOI
A fossil diatom-based reconstruction of sea-level changes for the Late Pleistocene and Holocene period in the NW South China Sea
TL;DR: In this paper , a high-resolution diatom record with defined age dating is applied in paleoenvironmental reconstruction in NW SCS during the last 13kyr, and eight local diatom assemblage zones are established and serve as reference for sea-level change and transgression - regression sequences.
Journal ArticleDOI
The sub-fossil diatom distribution in the Beibu Gulf (northwest South China Sea) and related environmental interpretation
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors provide a comprehensive view of the sub-fossil diatom biogeography, distribution pattern and oceanographic environmental controls with support of multivariate methods based on Beibu Gulf core-top samples.
