Diagnosis of Power Transformer Oil Using KNN and Nave Bayes Classifiers
TL;DR: To obtain the maximum accuracy rate, different vectors are used as inputs for both classifiers, and using Duval triangle reports, the KNN algorithm provides the highest accuracy rate than the Naïve Bayes algorithm one.
Optimal power flow solution including wind power generation into isolated Adrar power system using PSOGSA
TL;DR: In this article, a hybrid particle swarm optimization and gravitational search algorithm is proposed to find the optimal solution for the optimal power flow problem including three wind farms connected to the isolated Adrar Algerian power system.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Fault Diagnosis Method for Cascaded H-bridge Multilevel Inverters under Switching Device Failure
TL;DR: Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnostic approach, which might be used to extract a general fault diagnosis method to detect and locate the fault in higher level CHBMI.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A New Analytical Equation for the Linear Resistance of Discharge During Flashover of Polluted Insulators Under AC or DC Voltages
TL;DR: In this article, the linear resistance of discharge channel during the flashover of polluted insulators basing on an electro-energetic balance and by using some mathematical formulations is presented, which is valid during the whole discharge process (i.e., during the different steps of the discharge development) in AC and DC voltages and in both static and dynamic regimes.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Incorporation of soil ionization and mutual coupling in transient study of horizontal grounding electrode using TLM
TL;DR: In this paper, the transient behavior of long horizontal grounding conductor submitted to high impulse current using Transmission Line Method (TLM) incorporating soil ionization and/or mutual coupling phenomena was investigated.
