TL;DR: All effects, except for impaired brain development, might be linked to systemic growth retardation, and the brain morphometric methods employed in this study may be useful to evaluate the potency of chemicals to induce hypothyroidism-related brain retardation.

Preferential tumor cellular uptake and retention of indocyanine green for in vivo tumor imaging.

TL;DR: The results suggest that tumor‐specific imaging by ICG involves non‐specific delivery of the dye to tissues followed by preferential tumor cellular uptake and retention, which is driven by passive tumor cell‐targeting and endocytic activity of tumor cells in association with the disruption of their tight junctions.

Relationship between the development of hepato-renal toxicity and cadmium accumulation in rats given minimum to large amounts of cadmium chloride in the long-term: preliminary study.

TL;DR: It is suggested that renal toxicity would not be induced by treatment with minimum amounts of CdCl2 for periods longer than 8 months, although accumulation ofCd might gradually progress.
