One-pot construction of Ta-doped BiOCl/Bi heterostructures toward simultaneously promoting visible light harvesting and charge separation for highly enhanced photocatalytic activity
Shasha Tao,Shaodong Sun,Teng Zhao,Jie Cui,Man Yang,Xiaojing Yu,Qing Yang,Xin Zhang,Shuhua Liang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a facile solvothermal route for one-pot coupling Bi nanodots with Ta-doped BiOCl nanosheets was proposed to promote the visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mechanism Insight into an Unprecedented Dual Series‐Parallel Photocharge Separation in Quaternary Cu2O Facet Junctions
TL;DR: In this article , the mechanism underlying facet junction-dependent photocharge separation in polyhedral Cu2O is demonstrated, which is beneficial for understanding why 50-faceted C2O exhibiting quaternary facet junction possesses an enhanced photodegradation activity toward tetracycline.
Journal ArticleDOI
Regulating oxygen defects via atomically dispersed alumina on Pt/WOx catalyst for enhanced hydrogenolysis of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol
TL;DR: In this article , a Pt/Al-WOx catalyst was proposed for the selective hydrogenation of glycerol, which showed that the high activity and selectivity of Wox catalyst results from the more oxygen vacancies on Wox in-situ generation by the acceleration of atomically dispersed alumina in hydrogen atmosphere.
