TL;DR: The valves and carapaces of the most abundant species are Henryhowella asperrima, Parakrithe dactylomorpha, Cytherella vulgata and Krithe spp, which have been partially replaced by Acanthocythereis hystrix, Buntonia sublatissima, Costa tricostata and Ruggieria tetraptera during the Messinian.
