TL;DR: In this paper , a prospective cohort study which utilizes urine toxicology screening to evaluate the impact of marijuana use on patient outcomes following elective spinal surgery is presented. But, this study relied on self-reported patient histories, which may not accurately reflect patient substance use in the preoperative setting.

TL;DR: Comparison of rapid antigen tests and reverse transcriptionquantitative polymerase chain reaction indicated that the specificity of RAgT is similar to that of RT-qPCR, but its sensitivity is notably lower, especially in children younger than 5 years.
