Oxygen Diffusion in Mayenite

TL;DR: Oxygen transport in mayenite single crystals was studied by means of 18O/16O isotope exchange experiments and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS).
Journal ArticleDOI

Oxygen transport in undoped and doped mayenite

TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative study of oxygen transport in one nominally undoped, one iron-doped and one nickeldoped sample of the calcium aluminate cage-compound mayenite was performed at a single gas-phase 18O/16O exchange at a temperature of T = 1223 K and at an oxygen activity of aO 2 = 0.1 for all three samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

Complex diffusion behavior of oxygen in nanocrystalline BaTiO3 ceramics

TL;DR: The presence of chlorine derives from the chemical route necessary to produce nanometric powders: it thus indicates a new manner in which nanocrystalline ceramics may differ from their microcrystalline counterparts.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diffusion of Nd and Mo in lanthanum tungsten oxide

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present chemical diffusion coefficients of Nd and Mo in the mixed proton-electron conductor lanthanum tungsten oxide, La28−−−xW4+−xO54+−3x/2 (LWO), measured at 1000 to 1200°C in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.
