Journal ArticleDOI
Development and validation of a selective and effective pressurized liquid extraction followed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of fructosazine analogues in the ammonia treated extract of Eugenia jambolana Lamarck seeds.
Minjie Zhao,M.M. Araújo,Stéphanie Dal,Séverine Sigrist,Martine Bergaentzlé,David Ramanitrahasimbola,Charles Andrianjara,Eric Marchioni +7 more
TL;DR: The developed method was proved to be selective, sensitive, precise, accurate for the quantification of FZAs in MG and validated in terms of sensitivity, linearity, selectivity and matrix effect, precision, accuracy and recovery, and stability.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pressurized liquid extraction and HPLC quantification of folic acid in fortified wheat flours.
M.M. Araújo,Eric Marchioni,Eric Marchioni,Anna L.C.H. Villavicencio,Minjie Zhao,Minjie Zhao,Pierre Zimmermann,Pierre Zimmermann,Etienne El-Khoury,Etienne El-Khoury,Martine Bergaentzlé,Martine Bergaentzlé +11 more
TL;DR: A pressurized liquid extraction method using phosphate buffer as solvent was applied for folic acid (FA) extraction from fortified wheat flours and was compared to a standard solid-liquid extraction method, indicating that PLE is a rapid and efficient technique for FA extraction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fast and Reproducible 96-Well Plate-Based Method for the Evaluation of the Antigerminative Potential of Plant Extracts and Phytotoxic Compounds.
TL;DR: In this article, a miniaturized ant-miner detection using 96-well plates (WP assay) was developed and compared to the long-established assay using Petri dishes (PD assay).
Liquid chromatographic determination of biotin in foods. A collaborative study
Fabrice Arella,Jean-Luc Deborde,Jean-Bernard Bourguignon,Martine Bergaentzlé,Sophie Ndaw,C Hasselmann +5 more
TL;DR: Lahely et al. as discussed by the authors evaluated the methode chromatographique de determination of the biotine dans les aliments recemment proposee by Lahely and al.
Journal ArticleDOI
SPE for the simultaneous determination of various isothiocyanates
Eli Adjélé Wilson,Françoise Bindler,Eric Marchioni,Martine Bergaentzlé,Tamime Benrabah,Saïd Ennahar +5 more
TL;DR: Several SPE sorbents were investigated for the extraction of a group of chemically diverse isothiocyanates (ITCs), and a copolymer made up of DVB and N-vinylpyrrolidone was shown to be the most suited for both aliphatic and aromatic ITCs.
