Pressurized liquid extraction and HPLC quantification of folic acid in fortified wheat flours.

TL;DR: A pressurized liquid extraction method using phosphate buffer as solvent was applied for folic acid (FA) extraction from fortified wheat flours and was compared to a standard solid-liquid extraction method, indicating that PLE is a rapid and efficient technique for FA extraction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fast and Reproducible 96-Well Plate-Based Method for the Evaluation of the Antigerminative Potential of Plant Extracts and Phytotoxic Compounds.

TL;DR: In this article, a miniaturized ant-miner detection using 96-well plates (WP assay) was developed and compared to the long-established assay using Petri dishes (PD assay).

Liquid chromatographic determination of biotin in foods. A collaborative study

TL;DR: Lahely et al. as discussed by the authors evaluated the methode chromatographique de determination of the biotine dans les aliments recemment proposee by Lahely and al.
Journal ArticleDOI

SPE for the simultaneous determination of various isothiocyanates

TL;DR: Several SPE sorbents were investigated for the extraction of a group of chemically diverse isothiocyanates (ITCs), and a copolymer made up of DVB and N-vinylpyrrolidone was shown to be the most suited for both aliphatic and aromatic ITCs.
