Journal ArticleDOI

Domain size and thickness control of thin film photonic crystals

TL;DR: The variation of thin film photonic crystal domain size and thickness is measured as a function of colloidal concentration as mentioned in this paper, which is the same as the variation of the thickness of a thin film.
Journal ArticleDOI

Energy Quantization in Solution‐Processed Layers of Indium Oxide and Their Application in Resonant Tunneling Diodes

TL;DR: In this paper, the formation of quantized energy states in ultrathin layers of indium oxide (In2O3) grown via spin coating and thermally annealed at 200 °C in air is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multistate Resistive Switching Memory for Synaptic Memory Applications

TL;DR: In this article, a low bias bipolar resistive switching memory in HfZnOx based memristors is reported, in which the modification of the concentration of oxygen vacancies in the ternary oxide film, which is facilitated by adding ZnO into HfO2, results in improved memory operation by the TERNARY oxide compared to the single binary oxides.
Journal ArticleDOI

Polythiophenes with vinylene linked ortho , meta and para -carborane sidechains

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of polythiophenes with vinylene linked pendant carborane sidechains is reported. And the choice of carboranes and double bond isomer is shown to influence the optoelectronic, photovoltaic, and charge-transporting properties of the polymer, in particular the incorporation of ortho-carborane has a pronounced electron withdrawing effect resulting in a substantial increase in polymer ionisation potential.
