TL;DR: There is an increase in incidence of PCNSL in the elderly, and elderly blacks have lower incidence compared with white population, and survival remains poor and is negatively dominated by factors associated with HIV infection and advanced age.

TL;DR: Among patients with the 10 most deadly cancers, those with Medicaid coverage or without insurance were more likely to present with advanced disease, were less likely to receive cancer-directed surgery and/or radiation therapy, and experienced worse survival.

Increasing National Mastectomy Rates for the Treatment of Early Stage Breast Cancer

TL;DR: There is evidence of a reversal in the previously declining national mastectomy rates, with the mastectomy rate reaching a nadir in 2005 and subsequently rising, and women diagnosed in 2008 were more likely to undergo mastectomy.
