TL;DR: In this paper , the authors sought to improve patient understanding of their antibiotic allergy status by standardizing testing and communication practices between 7 adult and pediatric hospital centers, and found that the standardization of testing and written patient information improved short-term patient perception of beta-lactam allergy status.

TL;DR: It is indicated that quarterly sexually transmissible infection testing of preexposure prophylaxis users could offset increases in gonorrhea incidence that may otherwise occur because of an increase in high-risk sexual behavior.
