The Impact of Fasting on the Interpretation of Triglyceride Levels for Predicting Myocardial Infarction Risk in HIV-Positive Individuals: The D:A:D Study

TL;DR: The results suggest that it may not be necessary to restrict analyses to fasting measurements when considering MI risk, as each 2-fold increase in the latest triglyceride level was associated with a 38% increase in MI risk.

Researchof adenosine stress cardiovascular magnetic resonance in multi-vessel symptomatic coronary artery disease

TL;DR: The robust inter-study reproducibility of perfusion CMR supports its clinical and research application and by qualitative and semi-quantitative normalized upslope analyses are reproducible techniques in both patients with multi-vessel CAD and those without known CAD.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison of central and local HIV-1 RNA quantification from two international clinical trials.

TL;DR: The data indicate that central testing of pVL in HIV therapeutic trials is not warranted and local and centrally measured plasma HIV RNA was assessed for agreement in two trials.
