Molecular iodine promoted synthesis of new pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives as potential antibacterial agents.
Mehdi Bakavoli,Ghodsieh Bagherzadeh,Maryam Vaseghifar,Ali Shiri,Mehdi Pordel,Mansour Mashreghi,Parvaneh Pordeli,Maryam Araghi +7 more
TL;DR: Iodocyclization of 5-amino-1-dinitrophenyl)-1H-4-pyrazolcarboxamides with aromatic aldehydes gave a new series of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives in a single step and their antibacterial activity comparable to Streptomycin as reference drug was evaluated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and antibacterial activity of some new derivatives of pyrazole
TL;DR: The synthesis and antibacterial activity of a new series of 5-amido-1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-1H-4-pyrazolecarbonitriles are reported, showing that all compounds exhibit antimicrobial activities against methicillin susceptible Staphylococcus aureus and methamphetamineicillin resistant S.Aureus.
Journal ArticleDOI
The synthesis of highly fluorescent heterocyclic compounds: Pyrido[2,1:2,3]imidazo[4,5-b]quinoline-12-yl cyanides
TL;DR: In this paper, the syntheses and fluorescence properties of novel derivatives of pyrido[2 0,1 0 :2,3]imidazo[4,5-b]quinoline are described.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of imidazo[4,5-a]acridones and imidazo[4,5-a]acridines as potential antibacterial agents
TL;DR: In this paper, new imidazo[4,5-a]acridone derivatives were synthesized from the rearrangement of 3H-imidazo [4′,5′:3,4]benzo[c]isoxazoles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis, experimental and theoretical characterizations of a new Schiff base derived from 2-pyridincarboxaldehyde and its Ni (II) complex
Mohammad Reza Habibi,S. Ali Beyramabadi,Sadegh Allameh,Maryam Khashi,Ali Morsali,Mehdi Pordel,Mahdi Khorsandi-Chenarboo +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a tridentate Schiff base of 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and its Ni(II) complex have been newly synthesized and characterized by the IR and NMR spectroscopies together with the elemental analysis.
