TL;DR: SQZ-PBMC-HPV-101 demonstrated clinical feasibility of the Cell Squeeze technology and favorable tolerability of engineered APCs and preliminary tumor analyses pre- and post-therapy indicated increased immune activity in some patients after SQZ infusion.
