TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed and discussed the impact of decentralization on the efficiency of museums run by municipalities, and found that municipalities with higher levels of income self-sufficiency can more efficiently manage museums than municipalities with lower levels of financial selfsufficiency.

Factors Affecting the Length of Procedure in Public Procurement: The Case of the Czech Republic
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors applied hierarchical linear regressions to these data to identify factors that affect the length of procedure and found that the duration of a public contract does not affect the standard contract price, but the nature of the contracting authority, the expected value, the openness of the procurement procedure, and the method of evaluation have a statistically significant impact on the contract length.
