Magnetic resonance imaging in patients with nipple discharge: should we recommend it?
Michele Lorenzon,Chiara Zuiani,Anna Linda,Viviana Londero,Rossano Girometti,Massimo Bazzocchi +5 more
TL;DR: Compared with mammography and ultrasound, CEMRI showed statistically significantly higher OSS values (p < 0.0001, p =0.042 respectively).
Journal ArticleDOI
Nonsurgical management of high-risk lesions diagnosed at core needle biopsy: can malignancy be ruled out safely with breast MRI?
Anna Linda,Chiara Zuiani,Alessandro Furlan,Michele Lorenzon,Viviana Londero,Rossano Girometti,Massimo Bazzocchi +6 more
TL;DR: Patients with high-risk lesions associated with the lowest likelihood of malignancy (papilloma and radial scar) and without suspicious MRI findings can safely undergo follow-up instead of surgery and all these lesions should be excised.
Journal ArticleDOI
Automated breast ultrasound: basic principles and emerging clinical applications
Martina Zanotel,Iliana Bednarova,Viviana Londero,Anna Linda,Michele Lorenzon,Rossano Girometti,Chiara Zuiani +6 more
TL;DR: Current state-of-the-art of ABUS technology and applications are presented, with an emphasis on breast cancer screening, and how to overcome some ABUS limitations is discussed.

Chiara Baldini,Alen Zabotti,Nenad Filipovic,Arso M. Vukicevic,Nicoletta Luciano,Francesco Ferro,Michele Lorenzon,Salvatore De Vita +7 more
TL;DR: The state of the art of imaging techniques in primary Sjögren's syndrome is illustrated, focusing on conventional and novel modalities and discussing their advantages, drawbacks and possible future developments.
Journal ArticleDOI
Hyperechoic lesions of the breast: not always benign.
Anna Linda,Chiara Zuiani,Michele Lorenzon,Alessandro Furlan,Rossano Girometti,Viviana Londero,Massimo Bazzocchi +6 more
TL;DR: The purposes of this study were to evaluate the frequency, clinical presentation, and associated imaging findings of malignant breast lesions presenting as hyperechoic nodules in a large series of consecutive sonographically guided core needle biopsies (CNBs) and to investigate sonographic features that are able to predict malignancy in hypereCHOic breast lesions.
