Light Emission from Quantum-Box Structure by Current Injection

TL;DR: In this paper, a GaInAsP/InP quantum-box structure was fabricated from one-dimensional quantum-well (quantum-film) structures grown by OMVPE using holographic lithography, wet etching and LPE regrowth techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication technique for GaInAsP/InP quantum wire structure by LP-MOVPE

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple fabrication process, involving a two-step LP-MOVPE growth and a first-order grating formation, is presented for the realization of quantum-wire structures.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nonreciprocal single-photon quantum router

TL;DR: In this paper , a non-reciprocal single-photon quantum router is proposed, which allows the routing of a single photon from one side but blocking it from the other side.
Journal ArticleDOI

GaInAsP/InP single-quantum-well (SQW) laser with wire-like active region towards quantum wire laser

TL;DR: In this article, a GaInAsP/InP single-quantum-well laser with very narrow (0.12 μm) wire-like active region was obtained for the first time under CW condition at 77 K. The threshold current density of the laser was 810 A/cm2.
