IDH1 and IDH2 mutations in patients with acute myeloid leukemia: Suitable targets for minimal residual disease monitoring?
TL;DR: It is concluded that IDH1/2 mutations can be used as a reliable and cost-effective marker for MRD monitoring and responded to the treatment in all of the patients and reflected the onset of the relapse very well.

Pregnancy in homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia – Importance of LDL-apheresis
TL;DR: Intensive treatment by lipoprotein apheresis is an effective and safe therapeutic strategy during pregnancy, even in severe cases of HFH, as it can stabilize progressively increasing lipop protein levels and prevent severe complications.
